XPS 15-9570, cursor disappears
I am having trouble with my 9570. The cursor jumps all over the screen and disappears when I move the mouse around. I have the same problem with using the touch pad or an external mouse.I have disabled the touch screen and the problem still persists. It seems to be getting worse.

FYI, your warranty expires in 37 days.
* Click Start
* Type mouse
* Click, "Change your mouse settings"
* Click, "Additional mouse options"
* The Mouse Properties box should appear
* Open Pointer Options. Set like mine below
* Click Apply- OK
