XPS 15 9570 Intel graphics settings doesn't start! HELP!?

Hello everyone,

I have a Dell XPS 15 9570 updated to latest firmwares and drivers.

When I right-click from desktop to the voice Intel Graphics Setting, a loading window is opened (as in picture) but after some time nothing happen and the properties doesn't appear.

I've tried to dowload latest driver from Intel and install it automatically but nothing changed!

Some ideas?

Hi Kambei,

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

I would like to do further research about this issue.

-Do you see the Intel Graphics Settings if you right-click the Desktop?
-Are you using any hot-key combination such as pressing CTRL+ALT+F12?
-Did this issue start after updating the graphics driver?

Also, you can try a clean install of the graphics driver. Follow these steps.

1.Disconnect your unit from the internet.

2.Uninstall both the Intel Graphics driver and the Intel Display audio driver. To do this, please follow the steps on the link below under these sections:
-Uninstalling the Intel Graphics Driver via the Device Manager Method
-Uninstalling the Intel® Display Audio Driver or the Intel® HDMI Audio Driver via the Device Manager Method.

3.Restart your computer. Go to the device manager and check if Windows installed another version of the graphics driver. If it does, please remove it and restart your computer one more time. Repeat the process until you get the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

4.Once you do, please proceed with the clean install of the latest graphics driver version for your system.

5.Once the latest driver has been installed, you may enable the internet connection again.

If the system is under warranty, please contact me privately. Be sure to include your personal information (name, address, telephone, email) and your computer's service tag number in your message. Thanks.

If there is no warranty, then you could contact our Out of Warranty team to get a quote for a paid service call -http://dell.to/1vnT6CQ
