XPS 15 9570, replacement for this screw?
Hi,
While trying to remove the 2 screws from under the xps logo on my Dell XPS 9570, I stripped the top of one of them. I took a picture of the one I successfully got one. I need to replace it. It's a phillips screw fyi.
I need the community's help as I couldn't find it anywhere online

Tried parts-people.com and they don't even list the xps 9570. I'm trying with the Dell Spare Parts department but seem to be having a hard time finding it 😭
I don't get it, it's listed on the website they should just add the part numbers next to each item.

Thanks for finding the parts number. That helps me a lot too, since I'm having exactly the same issue; stripped one of the heads. Loctite + a soft screw head isn't the best combination... Did you have any luck already with the dell spare parts department?

Depends if you are in the US or Canada.
I called Dell and they directed me to the Spare Parts department which was about to ship me the screws....up until they found out I was in Canada and they couldn't help me (they separate Spare Parts by country).
I then ping ponged around different agents in Canada to find out the only way to reach the Canadian Spare Parts department was only through online chat via the Dell.ca website from monday to friday...
