XPS 15 Bluetooth suddenly disappeared
I have a XPS 15 working on Windows 10.
Suddenly while working in Words Bluetooth disappeared. Under Bluetooth devices, no toggle switch on/off.
I ran Bluetooth troubleshooter via "get help2 no solution found.
All windows and Dell updates are up to date
I ran scannow. Files repaired. No improvement
Under device manager no "warning sign"
Went into services and set Bluetooth support to automatic and clicked restart. No change
I am no PC expert and would appreciated if any one experienced this issue and found a solution.
Bluetooth device is a microsoft mouse.
No Events found!

Thanks for taking the time to reply.
in the meantime I found the solution.
"Hardcore restart"
- Switch laptop off
- remove power supply and all peripherals
- press power button >30 seconds
- Restart laptop
Bluetooth was back.

--I would run the ePSA diagnostics and just see of you get any failures. How to Run Dell Preboot Diagnostics and Hardware Tests on Your Dell Computer | Dell US
--Check the BIOS (press F2 repeatedly when you power the system on until you get to the BIOS) in the tree of options > might be under Bluetooth, wireless or integrated devices > find Bluetooth > make sure it is enabled.
--Check the device manager for Bluetooth device > right click > make sure the device is not disabled. It might be under USB devices or network devices if not in the main list.
--Download the Bluetooth driver from the Dell support site. It may be tied in with the wireless adapter if it is not listed by itself. You might also try the next-to-newest version if the issue is not resolved with the latest version.
--Also, in the device manager > find the Bluetooth device > right click > uninstall > reboot computer and it should automatically reinstall. If not, you have it downloaded and can run the installer.
--Also: Bluetooth Troubleshooting and Usage Guide | Dell US
If none of that addresses the issue, it could be an issue within the operating system or could be a hardware issue.
