XPS 9343 Only Charges Halfway
Hi. I've got an XPS 9343 that is charging +/- 50%. I've tried replacing the charging cable and the charging port within the laptop. I've also uninstalled the Microsoft ACPI driver. In addition I've tried every conceivable power option configuration within Win 10's options as well Dell's Power Command. I've checked in BIOS and the battery is healthy and the windows battery report puts it at about 81%.
Any ideas?

Will the system charge fully when powered off? If not, regardless of the status of the battery health and in the absence of another symptom, such as failure to recognize the AC adapter, it's a battery problem. Replace the battery.
