XPS 9360 docking station problem

My XPS 9360 laptop does not seem to recognize the WD22TB4. My laptop gets power but does not seem tot identify it as a docking station. I have tried the following steps already

1. Enabled all options for thunderbolt in Bios. Disabled all security in bios for thunderbolt

2. Updated all my laptop drivers
