XPS 9500 Stuck on Restarting
Hi - brand new XPS 9500 - literally delivered a few hours ago. I'm applying the latest Windows updates and when rebooting, it just stays stuck on 'Restarting'. Holding down the power button (for 60 seconds) does not turn it off. I did a quick search and it appears this is a common problem going back to 2018 - lots of threads.
What do I do? I can't figure out how to turn it off or restart it.

This is solved - I tried numerous key combinations and eventually one, I think power button + down-arrow, eventually turn it off. I went back and installed all windows updates and eventually got the OS up to date.

My XPS 9500 is stuck in restarting mode. I am unable to turn the computer off or stop the restart. What can be done to fix this?
