xps 9560 fan keep running loudly without any hard processing

Question

My dell xps 9560 fan sometimes run really loud and did not stop until I shutdown the windows.

I checked task manager and found no strange at all.

CPU below 15%, RAM below 50% and the only one that used a lot of GPU was Client Server Runtime Process.

Someone could give me any ideas what happened to my laptop?

Is there any heating issue observed?

Please update the Intel Dynamic Platform & Thermal framework driver along with the BIOS from the Support site.

Thanks for your support. I just installed new BIOS driver (which have something related to Intel and EC...) I don't know if it could help. If it happened again I will try as your instruction
