A battery is considered a CRU (customer replaceable unit). We do not have a service to replace it for you.
The XPS 15 9570 Parts & Upgrades page shows a battery for sale.
The online XPS 15 9570 Service Manual gives you the instructions =

I have this machine too, I replaced the battery and also the fans while refurbishing the machine. Now it runs like new.
