XPS13 7390 Apple Thunderbolt Display Connection Problem

Hi

I have a new XPS13 7390 with Thunderbolt 3

I have also Apple Thunderbolt Display. I just bought Apple Thunderbolt2 to Thunderbolt3 converter cable.

And connected Apple cable to to my XPS13 thunderbolt socket (left side)  but   Display is not working

I checked Thunderbolt Control Center, it  is not recognising the Display

At the forum there is a solution for XPS15 but at the new XPS13 7390 Bios / System Configuration menu is different XPS15  and there is no option for Thunderbolt Auto Switch.... I tried several bios menu options but no result.

Any idea how I could solve this    XPS13 7390 to Apple Thunderbolt Display   problem ?
