XtremIO re-image issues

Hi all,

I used to work in the DellEMC Ovens Campus in Cork Ireland.

i have moved on to a new job where i have been nominated the XIO SME

i spent roughly 2 years with the system but have run into issues with a reimage of an xbrick controller we use for testing

the reinstall gets so far then stops and reboots, the last message i see is something to the effect of

unable to find device /dev/mapper/*

then the system reboots and around and around it goes

can anyone shed some light on this for me?
