<div class="ExternalClass5EDEA2EB62C44B2CBB4AF2B745744939"> <div>In my years at Dell, I've spent:</div> <div> </div> <div>7 years in Dell Services on a Microsoft Software Support team helping our customers with Active Directory, Windows Clustering, Exchange Server & SQL Server related issues.</div> <div> </div> <div>3.5 years in the Enterprise International Product Support group handling issues on our flagship 11G Servers- R710, R610, T610.</div> <div> </div> <div>Now I'm very excited to be on the Windows Engineering team working closely with Microsoft and various Dell Server teams to resolve Windows Server OS issues on Dell systems, getting an early look at the next Windows release and working on ways to help drive improvements into the OS and our solutions. Some of my other responsibilites include Virtualization, Systems Center 2012, Failover Clustering, Networking, PowerShell & Debugging.</div> </div>
