<p>hi</p> <p>I thought best to upload my Cv,  to inform others who I am.</p> <p>I am not a IT wizard and not been on any support grups before except 2 years ago on dellcommunity.com/supportforums.</p> <p>I tried this once in my Swedish language school, as they had a premium service that allowed Dell Support, something a place with much IT, is necessary.
