The issue is I cannot access my Dell Datasafe account, I apparently tried to access the account too many times with the wrong password and am now locked out. I get notices to change my password, but when I do, they still do not work.</p> <p>I don't think you need my Tag no because it has nothing to do with the issue & that computer is about 4 years old now.</p> <p> </p>
