About me
<p>As a Global IT manager for I&CC Enterprise Tools & Infrastructure, Ben Person is responsible for leading the ServiceNow Delivery and Presales teams. In his current role, Ben drives the architecture, design and development of Dell Services’ new ITSM platform, Dell Services Operations Manager (DSOM), powered by ServiceNow. His prior role with Dell was leading a global IT Service Management delivery team of 45 team members in the USA, India, Ireland, UK and Mexico. He was directly responsible for delivery and management of all the IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities for Dell Services. These ITSM solutions and services are used by Dell Services delivery teams and external customers, and include but are not limited to BMC Remedy, ServiceNow and other dependent technologies. </p>
