<p><span style="font-family:inherit;">I am A Retired Technology Engineer.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">First trained in "Data Processing" in the Mid 60's.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">I have lived thru all of the Professon Name changes,</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">DP, IMS, IT, it is all the same.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">Programmed early machines by wiring "Plug Boards".</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">And, entering Binary code instructions into register Bits, to boot systems.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:inherit;">Operations, Machine Code Programming, Design, R&D, Yada, Yada.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">Huge Mainframe installations, Government and Corporate Telecom life.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">I have lived every job imaginable related to computers, and software.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:inherit;">I have no desire to "Shift Bits" anymore. </span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">I want computers to serve ME now.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">I pick a choose what interests me, and dive it.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:inherit;">I am disgusted by Bloatware. </span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">It is a sign of people loosing sight of the Purpose.</span><br /><span style="font-family:inherit;">Lazy, not properly trained, or poorly managed.</span></p>
