Area-51 R4, bluetooth quit working
Quit working after 2020-04 cumulative update for windows 1909. Think last time keyboard / mouse worked was 4-22
I tried a repair of Qualcomm 11ac Wireless LAN & Bluetooth but that failed as the sources were no longer in the dell\driver folder:
C:\ProgramData\Dell\drivers\5117e29b-200b-4eb8-af51-542b47174130\Install_CDthe driver version was 11.0.0.10483
I suspect that driver is obsolete as the "Killer" QUALCOMM is newer: 12.0.0.825
I reinstalled that killer driver from the AREA51-R4 list of downloads. Also installed the Dell Update App 30-april-2020
Bluetooth is still missing. I checked the bios, 2.0.3 (latest) and there is no setting for bluetooth or wifi, just network 1 and network 2
Wifi works fine, Bluetooth is missing from device manager.

Posts are commonly edited to correct spelling errors. This is dells problems not mine. I am surprised that the word QUALCOMM was not used to mark my post as spam. I assume it has been added to the database as a safe word as I see it is automatically capitalized.
I had the exact same problem within the last two days. This morning as a last resort I unplugged my computer at the back of the computer. I walked away for about 10 minutes. When I returned I plugged the computer back in and let it do a complete boot up. All was miraculously fixed.....
