I've been suffering from this black screen problem since the first date I received my R13. Since I'm not an IT person, the only thing I could do now is asking a few questions and hopefully will get some assumptions based on your answers. I'd extremely appreciate any feedback from you.

1. Did/Do you have black screen problem?

2. Have the black screen problem been solved?

3. What's the spec of your machine? (GPU, CPU, wi-fi, RAM, PSU(1000W or 750W))
