Bought an Aurora R14 two weeks ago. Great system, but keeps disconnecting from the WiFi. WiFi is stable. No issues with other systems on it. Really can't play games when WiFi randomly shuts off. Depending on whatever, reconnecting is as simple as clicking reconnect, to unplugging it and restarting. Have spend 5+ hours on the phone with tech support (very nice and helpful btw). Tried updating the BIOS (the system only shipped 15 days ago), WiFi drivers, etc. Last fix was, wait for it....reload the OS, but that won't work since the WiFi keeps dropping. Sounds like a card issue to me, but no, tech support must follow the script. So it is going back - unless anyone has an idea?
