Hi,

This AW3423DW is new to me and I wanted to get accustomed to its features one of which is the OLED Pixel Refresh. The info I got from the Dell website said that the pixel refresh would take several but no more than ten minutes to complete and that the power LED would flash green until such time as the refresh cycle was complete and then the monitor would either power off or go into ECO standby mode.

My AW3423DW is on firmware M0B105 so I expected to be able to enter the refresh cycle, the display to turn off and the power LED to blink green until completion of the cycle but that did not occur. I entered the pixel refresh cycle, the power LED blinked red instead of green and even after twenty minutes when I attempted to power the monitor back on with the power button, I get an error message saying the pixel refresh cycle did not complete even after twenty minutes.

What am I doing wrong?
