My AW3821DW monitor seems very sensitive to static electricity. Every time I sit down or stand up from my chair the monitor will black screen with a certain probability. I don't even need to touch the monitor, just my hand near to it, or my hand touching the desk but it will happens.

The light on the power button is always on, but it can't show anything including the menu of itself. The only way is to restart the power of this monitor. And I will be shocked slightly by the border of the monitor.

How can I deal with this situation?
