Hello

about a week ago my computer wouldn’t boot up, but the fans on the motherboard and the graphics card (I think) would start up and keep going, and i could not turn it off, so I unplugged it and when I re plugged it in and the computer automatically started up, but did not boot up. Then when I tried to take it all apart and unplug and replug everything, and now for some reason when I plug it in the fans start spinning for a moment then stop.

i tried plugging it into a different outlet but it still had the same problem 

help
