I hope for you that the laptop and the support will be better than that of the Alienware laptop that I purchased.
After 9 months, the laptop no longer starts and it is impossible to get a response from support. The AI blocks all support possibilities and no one answers telephone support.
A shame and very disappointing.
After using this brand for a long time, now I really advise you to move
