Does not turn on RGB power button light Area-51m

Hi my problem is that it does not turn on the RGB button of an, all of the other they look if they turn on the computer and already update everything that has to do with the Alieware Command Center, also in this latest version of Alienware Command Center not showing the image of the laptop, I installed a previous version of the software and if it is seen the image of the laptop, but however the power button is still not illuminated.
