My LEFT shift key has decided to change it's functional role permanently to a Capslock. Every time I press left shift, it just turns Capslock on/off. 

Input language hot keys is still set to Capslock NOT shift. I have also reset/format the laptop without any success. Are there any more steps I can take for my left shift key to return to normal? Thanks.
