The GPU fan for my Alienware M15 R4 is making a grinding noise every 10 seconds and sounds like it's trying to spin but stops. Ran support assist for hardware and got this code "Functional Tests - D0501"

I'm assuming the fans need replaced but don't want to buy the wrong part, What is the exact replacement part number that I need? Thank you in advance.
