Nothing but trouble. Lights don't work, IR camera doesn't work. Only used this product for 7 days. All this started October 8 2023. Had tech work on it twice, still a problem. Brand new machine shouldn't be like this. Now they are sending more parts to try again with a different tech. They just need to replace this machine for the amount it is costing them in parts and in home service tech, but they refuse to.
