I have an Alienware m17 R2 "Gaming" laptop that I cannot play games on! I am beyond frustrated. I have been in contact with Dell's telephone hotline numerous times for assistance and no solutions. I have done factory resets, updated software, and still no help. To be fair, I only play two games; State of Decay 2 and Minecraft. Neither game is consistent. Sometimes they load, sometimes they crash while loading. When they do load they crash almost immediately. I need some help, otherwise I have a $2K paperweight.

UPDATE= Disabled HW acceleration in Edge and issue resolved.
