covered 64 objects
Hi! I updated the Centera to 4.0.2. I've completed all the instructions specified in the primus self-service emc208378. But all the same access node to lose communication. I want to ask your advice. We encountered an error. The host on which worked out of the Documentum system. We have re-Documentum but it turned out that the last backup that we had on 18 May. People poured into the information centera. The difference is up to date, 17 days. During this time, it covered 64 objects. Documentum currently does not see these 64 objects. As the base to him of 18 May. How can I pull these objects from the Centera? Is this possible? Can I re-fill them?
As you can see of Centera, that the latter is loaded in Centera?

A recovery of the missing information should be possible. Using the command line tools and a Teamviewer session it would take between half a day and a day to recover the files. I would need to investigate the meta data structure that documentum puts into the cdf.
Once the objects are recovered into files you can put them into Documentum again.
Please contact me on holger.jakob@informatio.ch to discuss the details offline.
