SC4020 failed controllers, first selection, restart
Estimados,
Tengo un SC4020 sin garantía que falló la controladora top, no me puedo conectar por consola. La controladora bottom se ve bien pero no asumió el liderazgo y solo puedo entra en safemode.
Que podría hacer? Tengo la opción de pagar en caso me puedan ayudar, ya sea por el diagnostico y la parte o pieza que sea necesario cambiar.
Espero su ayuda.

Hello mramirezf-2014,
What you can do is to pull the top controller out of your system and the bottom controller should take lead. You may have to reboot your SC4020 so that the bottom controller will take lead. If pulling the top controller doesn’t make the bottom controller the lead, then you will need to call into support so that we can look into your issue deeper.
