Hello, i have purchased dell Latitute 5410 laptop which have bios password, i need to unlock bios, tell me what to do ?

Contact your seller. If they cannot provide the password, return the device to them for a refund.
Otherwise, add the cost of a replacement system board to whatever you paid for the notebook.
