All we wanted was a quotation, with the hardware description inside or in the cover letter. We have sent at least 15 emails to Dell Singapore regarding this case, until today, more than 3 months have passed, we are still waiting for the said quotation.

We wrote our final complaint (21 Sep 2020) to: EUC_C_SA@dell.com SEA_Consumer_TTS@Dell.com  technical_support@dell.com . None of the above recipients has responded to the above complaint email. Please enlighten me as to why there was no reply from any of the above recipients since 21 Sep 2020?
