I just got a notice that my Dell Digital Locker Order will be Delayed for nearly 3 weeks? I can completely understand that there is a global supply chain and chip shortages going on in the world at the moment but how exactly is that impacting my digital Xbox gift card from getting into my locker? 

Earlier this year had an order for 8 monitors delayed for two months. I was checking in with customer service every time the ship date was pushed out and given a new estimated ship date. Then my order was simply canceled without explanation or even an email.  I then turned around and ordered the exact same monitors from the DELL  ebay store and received them 5 days later. That is not a supply problem that is a serious organizational logistics problem
