Dell website broken
Hi, this is for Dell's web-site developers.
I'm sure these two issues have already been reported but I would like to ask for somebody at Dell to kindly take ownership and see through to resolution.
Issue 1. Products are not listed when selected from the dropdown menu after logging in to the Dell UK web site. I needed to request support for my new Alienware laptop but was unable to because none of my products show up. I contacted Dell via a chat session where a support call was logged . If I search for the support ticket and if it displays ok, I am then able to navigate through and see all my products. It's as though the menu isn't making the correct query to populate the current session with my products, but loading a support call or service request does perform the query to load the data.
Issue 2. My Dell rewards balance is 0, zero. I can sometimes see a balance of 7000 or so rewards in Firefox but the Edge browser always displays zero points. I chatted with Dell support about this, about a week ago where the person said they would escalate to the next level, however I've not yet received any further comms or a support ticket number.
When I am able to see the points in Firefox, I click on the Redeem button but the resulting page says there was a login error, even though I'm already logged in.
I'm running Win 11 Pro on intel platforms, although these issues also exist on my android phone.
I'm happy to do some testing and provide data if needed.
Thanks for your time.
Ed.

Is this response from Dell-Cares a joke or a bot or AI or something. It's nothing to do with a product or service tags, it's about the poor functionality of Dell's web site and to be frank the very poor support model offered. I have a number of Dell products and Dell's customer service has to be one of the worst experiences I've tried to go through. Can a real person respond please?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
