email scam?
I received an email from Communications@dell.com which reads "Dell Technologies takes the privacy and confidentiality of your information seriously. We are currently investigating an incident involving a Dell portal, which contains a database with limited types of customer information related to purchases from Dell. We believe there is not a significant risk to our customers given the type of information involved."
It includes a few links in the body of the email. is this scam or a valid email?

Hi,
I've replied to you via PM.

For all non-technical issues that require your private data, we must communicate via a private Direct Message
Dell Partner GEM Program, Out of Warranty Support Options, BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certificate, Get a copy of your Dell invoice14/08/2024
I have just received this mail, exactly the same as mentioned by "Chino de Oro"
I can't trust this, there is no personal identification of me inside this mail, this looks like fake to me.
At least, this doesn't sound like professional communication => SCAM / SPAM

It is valid email from Dell. The same inquiry was being confirmed at this conversation.
