Hello,

I placed an order for a dell inspiron 14 on this site on Sep. 20, 2020. I have received an email with the order acknowledgment but no confirmation. Payment has not yet gone through either and I have received no further communication. I can't view said order in my account either. 

I placed the order from India if that information matters and I've approved the payment from my bank too. Please let me know how I can track my order/ if I can cancel the order altogether.
