Replace my computer and stop wasting my time

I am having problems with basic questions. Frustrated. Bad customer service.

I have had a lot of issues with the computer. I have spent a lot of time with tech support. Sending in the replacement for the second time because having their hands on it once, with the error codes intact, was not enough.

Looking for answers, literally no one in the multiple departments, supervisors, managers or anywhere else can seem to answer.

How many hours do I need to spend with a broken from the start computer with tech support before its replaced?

How many times do I need to send it in before it is replaced?

How is a refund impossible when you keep giving me busted computers?

Computers can't be replaced, even though I am evidence to the contrary?

If I repurchased a warranty because your hardware is unreliable in the middle of an ongoing problem, why can't that be extended to after the issues is resolved. Funny how the warranty department could not answer that.

I can not a strait answer to any of this. I can not get a person to talk to that could answer this. Emails questions are all but ignored. Nothing at all.

Dear Dell,

If you can not give me a computer that will last a year, or a replacement that works correctly, or an answer to really anything specific in any way why can you not just give me my money back? Going on a quarter of a year now with this garbage. You understand that when you sell gear for over 3k, provide terrible service, can't provide a clean product that your going to maybe get some negative word of mouth?

Fun side fact about the last time I sent it in. Dell said the processor was the problem, replaced it and within 48 hours I had the same issue. What did I learn? The system I was given to replace the broken original had a bad processor on top of the mystery issue that still remains. Who know what else is really wrong with the hardware.

So I am begging at this point. Please have someone call me that can answer basic policy questions about their own department. Someone who can give actual substantial answers. An explanations as to why a refund for a computer that died within warranty in its first year to have a bunk replacement can not have a refund.

Alternate option, I will make a game of how long I can tie up your tech team weekly with actual problems they can't fix. I can call in over and over and over. Email and calls back to back.

Call me.
