Here's the email I got the day after I placed my order:

"Get ready, because your shipment is on its way. For accurate delivery dates, please check the carrier tracking link(s) by clicking the 'View Purchase' button below." 

Only, this is not true. The original delivery day (next Tuesday, May 17th) is a lie and my notebook is not "on its way." When you click on the button you get another message entirely hidden from anywhere else on the site:

"Thank you for your order. The current lockdown in China is restricting logistics and delaying order deliveries. The tracking number for your order will not become active until the system arrives in your country. This may take up to 30 days. Please check back here for the most up-to-date information on your tracking. We apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience."

In other words, I bought my notebook under completely falsified conditions. I live in Illinois and we have a tough consumer protection agency. I am going to report this deception today.
