Good afternoon,

On more than a few occasions I have tried logging onto the website on my payday to make a monthly payment and it will not load. Then I get a phone call a day or two later telling me my payment is late. It would not be late if the website would load properly. I just don't want a late payment to reflect on my credit report as I have never been late on any payments for many years. I feel a website issue should not negatively affect my credit. Can you advise if there is a grace period? Thank you.
