dell datsafe simply doesnt work and nobody can help i have emailed, called and it is bizarre given i have been a customer for many years nobody calls back or seems to be able to help. not sure if i have been blacklisted now as i just get put from one area to another and the line goes dead, severely weaken my faith in dell
