My organization uses Dell Command | Warranty and we have been having issues retrieving Warranty info since 9/13/24 due to the following error:
"XXX is not a valid value for Int32. Inner Error: (System.OverflowException) Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.
XXX is not a valid value for Int32.: DC-DWRE05 Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.: DC-DWRE06".
The only common denominator for the devices we have identified that are returning the error is that they appear to be newer (from 9/13 or later) and are running Windows 11.
Error (System.AggregateException) at DC-DWRE04: One or more errors occurred.
Inner Error: (System.Exception) 2150946777 is not a valid value for Int32. Inner Error: (System.OverflowException) Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.
2150946777 is not a valid value for Int32.: DC-DWRE05 Value was either too large or too small for an Int32.: DC-DWRE06
Is anyone at Dell working on this? Has anyone found a fix? I just have this problem with new systems received in the last month or so. Older systems work fine.
I have similar issue. Any fix for Dell warranty check tool?

All - I had the same issue. I was able to resolve this by decreasing the number of service tags I was importing from over 900 to 450 and I was able to get around the error. Try decreasing the number of service tags, and good luck!
Hi everyone, I reduced the number from 1500 to 5 and I encountered an error on the last one. No chance to find the ones causing the problem :). I have to wait to see if Dell fixes it.
Since October I have had the same issue and it has still not been resolved:
WARRCLI-M01: *** DellWarranty-CLI Starting *** DC-GSTF02: Number of service tags found in C:\Temp\Dell-Input.csv 1000 DC-DWRE04: Error retrieving warranty data

Only workaround found so far is to drastically reduce the numbers of devices in input file to below 500 or less.

The update was released today - Integration Suite for System Center for Microsoft System Center 6.6.0
I can confirm it fixed the issue for me. Thanks Dell!
