Controller Module 0 shows Red light 'err' and is not shown in Group Manager GUI @ PS4100E
Dear All,
I have started my installation with EQL PS4100E. Have connected the Ctrl 1 via serial cable and started configuration as it was active. After initial config, i launch the web for Group Manager, i found the ctrl 0 module is absent and checked if its okay, found 'Red' indicator beside 'err' mark.
What would be the possible cause, and remedy for this issue, please help.
