Good morning,

I have an Inspiron 15 3000 which I purchased in October 2020. 

Sometimes when I switch from my main user account to the secondary one, I get a back screen and am unable to do anything with the laptop other than reboot it manually. This is starting to happen more frequently and I am getting concerned there is a fault somewhere. The last couple of times, windows has booted up in recovery mode and I have had to select 'Restart PC'.

Bearing in mind that I have limited understanding of technospeak, any advice/suggestions would be gratefully recieved (as well as detailed instructions on how to find any additional information you may need to help). Many thanks.
