Guys my machine is suffering from performance because the laptop seems to have a thermal target of 60 degrees as soon as its put under load the machine will throttle all cpu and gpu clocks down to hold the temp there so when im doing anything for a sustained period the machine is running under spec so cpu is running at 1700mhz when its base clock is suppose to be 2ghz so can dell fix this issue with a bios update or do i just have a faulty unit
