I see many posts regarding the fingerprint reader, but I don't see any resolution.  Every time I try to set it up, it tells me the goodix fingerprint device is not found.

What can I do to get this to work again?  It's been non-functional for a long time.  

Additionally, when I try to set up facial recognition, it tells me that no compatible camera can be found, however, the camera works fine for Skype and Zoom.

Any thoughts?
