Can I use Intel 600pbseries SSD drive for my dell Inspiron 5570 laptop it's already have a sk Hynix sc311 SSD drive

The Setup and Specifications document for that system here indicates that the M.2 slot supports NVMe SSDs, so in theory yes. The reason I say 'in theory' is that there's always the possibility of incompatibilities that shouldn't exist but do anyway. For example, some Dell systems don't work with the Samsung 970 SSDs even though they work perfectly fine with the 960 SSDs, and no solution or even underlying cause has been determined yet to my knowledge -- but other systems work just fine with both.  I doubt you'll get an official compatibility statement from Dell about this setup they happen to sell that system with that SSD themselves, so your next best bet would be to get confirmation from another user who has tried that SSD in your system -- although Samsung seems to be the overwhelmingly more popular choice for users doing aftermarket laptop SSD swaps. Intel is fairly rare.  But if I had your system and wanted that SSD, based on the confirmed NVMe support, I'd personally go for it and just return it if it didn't work.Also note that even though the specs mention SSD capacity 'up to 512GB', don't worry about that.  When a maximum capacity is quoted, it's typically the highest capacity Dell sells the system with and/or the highest capacity they tested, but there are tons of examples of users successfully using SSDs with more capacity than the specs mention across a wide range of systems.
