Hello Everyone,

I am trying to update my wife's ooooold dell Laptop's BIOS. But somehow I am unable to get it done. I have Linux Mint installed on it. So I downloaded the EXE file from the drivers site, copied it on to pen drive, and restarted, and got into the boot options menu (F12). I do not the "Flash BIOS" option in there. I see Diagnostics, BIOS Setup and a few other options in there, but not the one I need. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

There is another issue that I am not figure out, is that when I am in the BIOS Setup screen, I just cant change the Tabs to configure other settings. Arrow Keys, Tab, Shift+Tab, Ctrl+Tab, tried everything. Nothing works! But I will figure that out later, once I get the BIOS to update.
