is it possible to transfer settings (e.g. all local users, SmartQuota settings, SMB shares, etc.) from an existing Isilon cluster to an new cluster?

We have an old four node cluster, running OneFS 6.5.x. This cluster will be replaced by an totally new cluster with more storage capacity and OneFS 7.1.x. During the data migrating both clusters will be active and up and running. At the old cluster there are more than 200 local users, 100 SMB shares and a lot of SmartQuotas configured and in use. I suppose these settings are grown over years.

What is the best way to transfer the settings from the old to the new cluster?
