will give you all the temperature information for the node you are currently connected to
string that together with isi_for_array to get the information for all nodes, so your commands might look like:
isi_for_array -s "isi_hw_status -T"
As for what are the trigger values for a warning or an alert, I don't have those handy, but perhaps someone else might have that level of detail for you.
