Hi, I have dell latitude 5500. I am facing issue with battery. When I plug in my laptop it get charge upto 70% and directly go to 100%. And when using on battery power battery fall directly from 30% to 7%. I performed calibration by charging it 100% and discharge it 0%. After that I check my battery report there was approx 2000mwh battery full capacity has reduced. Befor calibration it was 66000mwh and after calibration it is now 64000mwh. I guess completely discharging battery effects it backup. The battery was not getting heat even a little bit instead it was cool in this calibration process. Also want to tell that in battery report cycle count is not present.
